The next effort certification period for Q03 2022 will be opening on 7/21/2022.
Effort certification document(s) must be certified for USC faculty and/or staff member(s) that were compensated with sponsored funds between January – March 2022.
Please be advised that, due to fiscal year end closing, ALL PAA’s must be submitted for routing by 7/15/2022. This includes those that need to be processed for the upcoming effort certification periods: Q03, Q04, & S02 2022. These periods cover the months of January – June FY2022 for USC faculty and/or staff member(s) that were compensated with sponsored funds.
To avoid any PAA processing issues and/or delays, it is critical that you have your PAA’s submitted for routing by 7/15/2022.
