Locate Award Contract Owner

In Workday, each award record is assigned an Award Contract Owner (also known as the SPA Accountant).

To locate the assigned Award Contract Owner for your award:

  1. Log into Workday.
  2. In the search bar, enter the Award ID (AWD-########), or search for Find Awards report to locate your Award ID.
  3. If no results appear, click the “Grants” category on the left side navigation bar.
  4. Click the award to go into the award record.
  5. The Award Contract Owner is located in Overview tab under the Summary subtab.
