Unclaimed Property Request

Complete this form to claim an uncashed check issued by the University of Southern California or a credit balance associated with your university account.

If we do not receive your claim by the date specified on your letter, the university will be required to transfer the funds to the State Controller’s Office. Once funds are transferred, any claims must be submitted directly to your state’s unclaimed property office.
