Cardholders can conduct many transactions on-line through American Express's portal: https://www.netserviceaccess.com. Example transaction that can be conducted through the portal include:
- Disputing Transactions (Must be disputed with AMEX within 60 days of transaction posting. Best practice is to also contact the merchant. AMEX will remove charge from statement during dispute period. AMEX will repost if dispute is not in cardholder's favor.)
- Viewing Declined Transaction Detail

- Accessing Monthly Statements
- Accessing Transaction Details
- Changing cardholder phone numbers, address, email, etc.
American Express Card Activation
To activate a newly-issued American Express card, call the sticker on the face of the card.

American Express Card Payment Center
For Travel Cardholder's Only: Although payment is made directly to American Express by USC for expenses reported and approved in the Quick Expense Report process, any personal expenses incurred on the Travel Card need to be remitted to American Express.
