Corporate Card Services
Travel Management & Corporate Card Services offers three different corporate card programs: Procurement Card, Controlled Value Card, and Travel Card. All cards are issued by American Express. Card program details are described below.
The Procurement Card
The Procurement Card (P-Card) is the recommended form of payment for all USC goods and services that cost less than $4,500 and is the expected form of payment for all USC goods and services that cost less than $500.
The Controlled Value Card
The Controlled Value Card (CV-Card) works much like the P-Card. However, instead of having a limit that replenishes every month, the CV-Card spending limit is reduced as purchases are made until the available amount is zero. The CV-Card expires either when the funds on the CV-Card are depleted or when the CV-Card expires (see embossed expiration date), whichever comes first.
The TravelPlus Card
The TravelPlus Card (Travel Card) is the recommended form of payment for USC travel and event-related purchases.
WEBBA Quick Expense Reporting
The WEBBAQuick Expense (QE) Report process should be used to process all university reimbursements. The QE Report process must be used to process Travel Card payments to the issuing bank.
