All USC travelers are encouraged to enroll free of charge in Hertz #1 Club Gold Program. By enrolling in Hertz #1 Club Gold Program, travelers can circumvent rental car counters and benefit from other services.

Because contract benefits are contingent upon use of USC's Hertz Account Number, it is preferred that rental car reservations be made via a USC contract travel agency (CTA). No service fee is charged by CTAs for making rental car only reservations. All CTAs, with the exception of Expedia, can accept an Internal Requisition for direct billing of Hertz business reservations.
