Charter Bus Contractors

The charter bus companies listed below have engaged in a contract with the university. Each contractor:

• Meets USC's insurance requirements
• Certifies that it operates in compliance with federal and state transportation regulations
• Offers contract rates and services for USC customers
• Accepts either a university purchase order and/or a Travel Plus Card

Because USC's contract with each of these charter bus companies covers all the legal, insurance, and payment provisions, there is no need for departments to obtain authorized signatures for event-specific contracts. Group event and meeting coordinates just need to organize transportation logistics (time, place, number of hours, etc.) with the contract charter bus company of their choice. 

Use of the Travel Plus Card is encouraged with contract charter bus companies. Larger orders can be placed via Purchase Order. If paying via Purchase Order, follow these >>tips<<  to make sure the Requisition is set up properly, and to expedite any deposits and balances due.

• Hot Dogger Tours, Inc., dba Gold Coast Tours
• Nada Bus, Inc.
• First Student (Yellow School Buses)

Charters originating outside of Southern California:

• Global Charter Services, Ltd., dba Busbank (throught U.S. and Canada)
• Note: contact Crown International Travel, a USC contract travel management company, for charter bus service originating outside of the U.S. or Canada.
