Local Hotel Contract Rates and Services

USC has negotiated rates at key Los Angeles hotels. Contract local hotels should be used whenever possible. Quoted rates are exclusive of taxes. Prices listed are cap-rates and subject to availability. Lower rates may be available (weekend specials, AAA rates, etc.), so please inquire when making reservations.

• Hotels in LAX, Marina del Rey, and Santa Monica
• Hotels in Pasadena
• Long Term Stay Hotels

To bill a local contract hotel to a paperless purchase order, a contract travel agency (CTA) must make the reservation and coordinate billing. CTAs do not charge to make a hotel-only reservation. A paperless purchase order cannot be used to direct bill hotels with Expedia Corporate Travel.

To bill a local hotel to a paperless purchase order, complete the following steps:

1. Complete a Local Hotel Direct Bill Authorization Form (Purchase Order Attachment)
2. Fax the Local Hotel Direct Bill Authorization Form to the applicable CTA along with the paperless purchase order.
