Travel Management and Corporate Card Services is pleased to announce a discount rate and prepaid/direct-billed voucher program with PrimeTime® Shuttle.
Rates and Reservations
PrimeTime® offers the University a 10% discount off of published shuttle rates to/from all Los Angeles-basin airports and UPC, HSC, downtown, and most business and residential addresses in Los Angeles. Faculty, staff, students, and official guests are eligible for the discount.
Prepaid/Direct-Billed Vouchers for Business Travelers
Departments can purchase prepaid vouchers for individual business travelers and direct-bill them via an Internal Requisition. At the department's discretion, vouchers can be completed to include a 15% tip so that travelers do not need to use personal funds for the shuttle trip.
