Effective immediately, paperless requisitions / purchase orders can be used in lieu of paper internal requisitions with contract travel agencies. Contract travel agencies will continue to accept paper internal requisitions until further notice. However, the advantages to using the paperless requisition / purchase order process are likely compelling enough to warrant an immediate and voluntary transition, especially as the fiscal year closes and the timely posting of expenses becomes critical.
