RETURNING STUDENTS with Title IV...

If you are a returning student and have an unpaid balance for Summer 2009 or earlier, you will not be allowed to use Title IV* aid awarded for fall semester 2009 to cover the unpaid balance. Recent changes to federal Title IV regulations prohibit students from using aid to cover a balance from the previous year.
