Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not getting my e-bills, what can I do?

e-bill notices are sent monthly, a few days after a payment deadline...

If you are not getting your e-bills...

  • Students:
Try sending a test email to your official USC email account and see if you receive it.
Your official USC email account is the one that ends with '@usc.edu', and can be verified when you go to the 'Profile' page on USCe.pay. You may also verify any alternate email addresses on the 'Profile' page.
  •  Everyone:  (including students)
    • is your mailbox "full"? if so, new emails will be rejected.
    • add "epiagent@ais-bur.usc.edu" to your address book to prevent e-bills being marked as spam.
    • do you have other email filters or spam-filtering which might eliminate the test email or your e-bills?

Each month, a few days after the payment deadline, e-bills are sent out to:

  • the official USC email address (see USCe.pay profile page)
  • any USCe.pay alternate email address (see USCe.pay 'Profile' page)
  • designated USCe.pay guest users (have student check your profile)
  • designated OASIS guest users (have student check your profile)

Please note that only the student can:

  1. add guest users  (as OASIS guests, or as USCe.pay guest 'users')
  2. designate guest users to receive e-bill notices
  3. update email addresses for guest users (OASIS and USCe.pay)
  4. enter student alternate email address
