Can I leave a credit balance on my student account to pay for future expenses (such as housing)?

Yes, for currently enrolled students, credit balances will remain on the student account unless you have signed up for our automatic ACH / Electronic Refund Deposit service, or if you request a refund.

Parents please be aware that students may request a refund of a credit balance at any time (unless the credit is due to an active Payment Plan account where the Payment Plan balance has not been paid in full).
