Frequently Asked Questions

Can I give my parents or others access to my account?

Yes. There are two different ways to set up parents (or anyone you choose to designate) to have access to your student account and/or OASIS information. You have complete control of guest access, and updates take effect immediately. If a guest user forgets their OASIS or CashNet/ USCe.pay guest login ID or password/PIN, only the student can look it up for them.

  • On CashNet USCe.pay, go to Guest Accounts (PINs) and click on 'Add New' to setup a guest.
The student creates the guest user 'login id', enters their email address, and sets up access options. Guests may receive monthly ebill notices, payment plan emails, see online bills and make online payments. Guest users are never deleted, however, you may 'deny' them access at any time by changing their access status. Guests do not have access to update the billing address or to review or list guests.  And, USCe.pay guests are NOT authorized to receive verbal or written information about student financial and academic records.
    < LOGIN using USCe.pay for Guests >
  • On OASIS, go to the 'Establish Guest Access' service to setup a guest.
You enter/create the login ID as well as the pin (password). You may also enter an email address for the guest user to receive monthly ebill notices. Guest user email addresses may be changed at any time, and guest user access may be added or 'revoked' at any time. OASIS Guest users have access to all USCe.pay functions except: update billing address and review or list guest users.  In addition, OASIS guests have access to academic records and Payment Plan signups on the OASIS menu, and are authorized to receive verbal or written information about student financial and academic records.
