How do students log in to USCe.pay?

Students should login to OASIS or myUSC, where they may click on the USCe.pay link. Your monthly e·bill will also include convenient links for logging in, as does the USCe.pay homepage.

Your current billing statement is available on the 'Statements' page of USCe.pay for you to review and print. Previous billing statements may also be accessed (where applicable), by clicking on the dropdown list of statement billing dates.

note: Viewing and printing statements on USCe.pay requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, free software from Adobe.

For Students logging in to USCe.pay for the first time:
If you are a new student you may not yet have an account on USCe.pay. When the first financial transaction is posted to your student account (ie: you register for classes, buy a parking permit, etc.), your USCe.pay account will automatically be created. For new students who registered early: Fall & Spring tuition fees are not posted until approximately 1 month prior to the start of classes.
