Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get a detailed printout of the transactions on my student (CRS) account?

ONLINE (using USCe.pay):

  • CURRENT TRANSACTIONS:
    See the last 30 transactions posted to your student account (depending on account activity, transactions may be spread over several different monthly billing statements). USCe.pay is usually updated at least every 5 minutes during regular business hours. However, transactions which occur after hours, or on weekends or holidays, may take longer to post to your student account.
  • STATEMENTS:
    See transactions as they were billed by looking at your student account statements.
    All statements since November 2004 are available online, however, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print statements online.

IN-PERSON:

  • Go to the lobby of our offices in PSB (Parking Structure B, see UPC Map, B-2, behind the Lyon Center in the NW corner of campus) during regular business hours. Using the computer kiosk set up in the lobby you may print out a detailed itemization of your student account.
