SCTEM Bylaws
SCTEM operates within the University of Southern California (USC). In January 2009, the SCT&EM Advisory Board voted to adopt the SCTEM Bylaws posted below.
The Bylaws explain how SCTEM operates under the governance of USC, define the roles of Advisory Board Members, and outline how SCTEM initiatives are voted into effect.
