SCTEM ListServe

Through SCTEM's ListServe, participants can openly exchange email messages with other ListServe registrants.  When an e-mail message is sent to the SCTEM ListServe, it automatically broadcasts to everyone on the list. ListServe registrants can read and reply to messages, as well as post new messages. Participating in the Society's ListServe is an ideal way to quickly and efficiently ask peers questions and/or seek advice.

Note the following important points:

• Information exchanged via the SCTEM ListServe has not been reviewed by the SCTEM Advisory Board. Therefore, information shared has not been confirmed to be accurate, and does not necessarily reflect the views of the Advisory Board or the Society's hosting institution (USC).
• To receive formal communications from SCTEM, individuals must register to receive SCTEM eNews or eNotice!
• Please do not conduct surveys via the ListServe.  SCTEM participants interested in conducting a survey should contact the Society's Executive Director. 

To subscribe to the SCTEM ListServe, follow the steps outlined below. Note that your message must be sent in plain text.  HTML or otherwise encoded messages will FAIL!

1. Place this message in the body of your email: SUBSCRIBE SCTEM-L firstname lastname
2. Leave subject line blank
3. Send message from your email box to: listproc@usc.edu 
4. Shortly after you request to subscribe, you will receive an email message from CREN ListProcessor(tm) at USC.  You will need to reply to that message within 7 days to confirm your desire to register.

For example, sending the message SUBSCRIBE SCTEM-L John Doe to listproc@usc.edu would subscribe a person named John Doe to the SCTEM ListServe.  

To unsubscribe to the SCTEM ListServe, follow the steps outlined below. Note that your message must be sent in plain text.  HTML or otherwise encoded messages will FAIL!  To unsubscribe, you must send from the same email box that your registered.

1. Place this message in the body of your email: SIGNOFF SCTEM-L
2. Leave the subject line blank
3. Send message from your email box to:listproc@usc.edu   

To send a message to the SCTEM ListServe, email to the following address. Note that your message must be sent in plain text.  HTML or otherwise encoded messages will FAIL! Messages sent to this address will go to all subscribers of the ListServe.
