USC Campus Parking Restrictions
Dear Contract Supplier,
In an attempt to reduce the vehicular congestion that now occurs along Pardee Way at the University Park Campus, effective immediately, all deliveries that would require the use of either Pardee Way or Childs Way between Hahn Plaza and Figueroa Street will be prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. If you need to make deliveries during these hours, please use an entrance other than Gate 2. Gate 5, located at McClintock and Jefferson is the preferred entrance for the purpose of making routine deliveries. The buildings affected by this policy are:
Bridge Hall
Leventhal School of Accounting
Allen Hancock Foundation
John Hubbard Hall
Ralph & Goldy Lewis Hall
Faculty/University Club
Town & Gown
Musick Law Center
Popovich Hall
Hoffman Hall of Business Administration
You may refer to the campus map on the university’s web site (http://web-app.usc.edu/maps/#upc/) for exact locations of the closures, affected buildings and alternate routes.
Departments using charter buses will direct them to use the Gate 5 entrance. Please confirm with your department contact that advance arrangements have been made with Transportation Services for parking these vehicles.
If there exists an urgent, or what is believed to be a justified need to deviate from this policy, all exceptions should be discussed with your department contact who will take the matter up with Transportation Services and inform you of their decision to accommodate your delivery and/or parking. Otherwise, suppliers who violate this policy will be ticketed and possibly towed at their own expense.
Please make sure that all of your drivers are aware of this new policy before their next trip to the campus.
