Letterhead Factory Joins Trojan eMarket
If you order USC letterhead and envelopes on behalf of your department, you'll be glad to know that you can now create, view, and place your order online! In the past, a paper form had to be completed and faxed to Letterhead Factory. Now, you can simply go to the Trojan eMarket, search for Letterhead Factory by supplier name, click on the link to their USC online ordering system, and follow the instructions to place your order.
You can select from three different paper options, including 100% recycled choices. All approved USC logos, including those specific to departments, are loaded for selection. Letterhead Factory has programmed key parameters into the site, such as the maximum number of characters per line and the proper location of text. After you've entered all the requested information, you'll view a complete image before approving the order for purchase.
To ensure authorized use of USC letterhead and envelopes, orders must be paid for using a USC Procurement Card or Purchase Order.
