We provide consulting, facilitation and logistical support to a variety of initiatives at USC.

Organization Improvement Services (OIS) was created to help realize the University's Role and Mission, which states that "our planning, commitments and fiscal policies are directed toward building quality and excellence in the long term."  Our office assists in realizing this imperative by supporting  efforts which enhance the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the University's administrative processes and services.
