AccuZip Mailing List Processing AccuZip Delivery Point Validation (DVP)

We can now process and standardize your mailing lists to meet all USPostal Service® regulations and minimize return mail at no cost to your department.

We can also check your mailing list for valid delivery point to minimize "Returned To Sender" due to "No Such Number". DPV confirms ZIP + 4® coded records actually exist and are a valid Delivery Point, right down to the Suite, Unit or Apartment number.

National Change of Address (NCOA) verification  

Change of address (COA) verification with NCOALink™ which contains approximately 60 million permanent change-of-address records filed with the US Postal Service® in the last 18 months. This allows us to securely and confidentially process and verify names and addresses at no charge to your department.


Address Cleansing Disclaimer

The address cleansing service is provided by Mailing and Material Management Services at no charge to the campus.  We make every effort to ensure the information we provide is accurate; however, we rely on you to check the accuracy of your address list after the cleansing process; If you find errors after the initial cleansing of your address list, we will repeat the cleansing process in an attempt to correct any remaining issues.
