Mailing and Material Management Services is responsible for the administration and operation of incoming and outgoing mail and all shipping and receiving of items for the university. Primary duties include the pickup or receipt, sorting, and delivery of all university incoming, outgoing, and interdepartmental mail. Additionally, this unit assists all departments on campus with their shipping and receiving needs. Provide Medical, Industrial, High Purity compressed gases and research alcohol to university departments. Provide storage space in our warehouse, and fill any request for janitorial supplies and Arrowhead water coupon booklets. |

Incoming Mail
All inbound U.S. mail, as well as internal campus mail is processed and sorted every morning. |

Deliveries
Mail carriers make deliveries and collections (including FedEx) on specific daily mail routes. |

Outgoing Mail
Involves the preparation, metering and presorting of outgoing U.S. Mail for the entire university. |

Mail Stop
A full-service postal retail unit, offering everything from stamps to shipping supplies to P.O. Box rentals. |

Overnight Express
FedEx overnight packages are collected by the mail carrier. We also provide on call service every day until 4:45 pm. |
