Requesting Electronic Services
Several electronic services are available to USC Staff, Faculty, Student Workers and Affiliates. Not all services are available to everyone, and some services require different request procedures for faculty, affiliates, etc. Please review the specific access information on the following individual service pages.
Budget Construction: USC's budget development system, which is used to enter budgets for the new fiscal year.
Cognos: Cognos is a Business Intelligence system that provides reporting and querying capabilities in coordination with the Kuali Financial System and other databases.
Confluence: Team collaboration software that serves as a means of communication by and among users.
iVIP: The iVIP system is used to create and manage USC guest accounts, and to request electronic services for university guests and affiliates.
JIRA: JIRA is a software program that is commonly used for software bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management.
KFS & Rice Distributed Environments Test Access: Testing environments to develop the next generation of administrative application software using open source tools and software.
Kuali Financial System: KFS software automates and integrates a broad range of administrative processes.
Microsoft Office 365: Microsoft Office 365 is a modern collaboration platform that provides a full-featured email system with web access, integrated calendaring, a campus contacts directory, support for mobile device access, and 50 gigabytes of storage per user account.
USC eMarket: USC eMarket allows purchasers to shop online, create and approve requisitions, generate purchase orders, and more in a searchable, trackable database.
