USC eMarket User Support (and Training)

USC eMarket Resources

Welcome to the USC eMarket user support page. USC eMarket allows purchasers to shop online, create and approve requisitions, generate purchase orders and more in a searchable, trackable database. Review the USC eMarket training choices for Shoppers, Requisitioners and Approvers (see below) to determine if training is required for a role and to see available options.

Open Lab Sessions
For University staff who need/want “in-person” post-training assistance with USC eMarket, please register to attend a 1.5-hour session at UPC. These sessions are designed to address your specific questions—so stay for the entirety or just until your question is answered! Because each session covers different subjects, they do NOT replace mandatory training for Requisitioners and Approvers. So train first, then register for an Open Lab if you need additional assistance. See photos from an Open Lab Session with Shannon Carter.

USC eMarket Access

The USC eMarket can be accessed through KFS or directly via the link below. Users accessing the USC eMarket must be submitted by their departments for user access. For certain roles such as Requisitioner or Approver, training must be completed before access is granted.

General:

Shoppers:

Requisitioners:

Training is MANDATORY for Requisitioners. For instructions on accessing the online training for Requisitioners, go to the Training page on The Departments of Business Services Procurement web site.

Approvers:

Training is MANDATORY for Approvers. 

Review the requirements of each role on the PURAP/USC eMarket Roles Chart.

The USC eMarket was upgraded to a new version as of November 5th. The Approver navigation changed slightly. If you approve requisitions or invoices, please educate yourself on these changes by reviewing the Changes to Approver guide and attending one of our USC eMarket upgrade webinars (coming soon).
