User Access to the Kuali System

Kuali User Access Forms:
To access Kuali, submit a Kuali electronic document and route the form to a Senior Business Officer for approval. The access form will then automatically route to the Office of the Comptroller for final approval. Please note WebBA access cannot be requested through the electronic Kuali Access Request Form.

Note: It is possible to view a user's current access in the financial system by doing a person lookup and clicking on the 'membership' tab found in his/her profile.

Submitting a PDF Access Request to access WebBA:
Please use the General Purpose Workflow eDoc found in the Kuali "Workflow Main Menu" to manually route the Access form for approval to use WebBA. This will allow you to track the approval process once you have submitted. Do not use request access to Kuali with this form.
