The Course Scheduling workflow project streamlines the process of scheduling course additions, deletions and changes in the Student Information System at USC. Electronic requests are filled out by Scheduling Coordinators and are automatically routed for the appropriate approval. Users can track where their requests are in the review process and are also immediately notified when a request has been approved or needs modification.
Course Scheduling is used by Scheduling Coordinators and the Office of the Registrar. This workflow system replaces the past email and paper-based system and transforms it with electronic documents from USC's Kuali Financial System.
