Credit Card Payment Entry
Online credit card payments to student accounts may be made using your credit card issued by a U.S. financial institution. Most foreign banks will decline online credit card payment* requests.
Payments made after 5:00pm PST on the payment due date will be considered late. If your bank declines a payment for any reason, it will be treated as a returned item and your account will be subject to late fees, returned item fees and finance charges.
In order to submit a credit card payment, you will need to enter:
- type of credit card:
- credit cardholder name (as it appears on the credit card)
- credit card billing address*
- credit card number
- credit card expiration date (must be after today's date)
- payment amount (cannot be for more $ than the current amount due)
The 'Continue' button will do a simple validation on the credit card number entered without actually submitting the payment. If the card number appears valid, you will see the 'Payment Verification' page, which will allow you to review and confirm your payment information. Your payment will not be submitted until you click 'Submit Payment' at the bottom of the payment verification page.
* Credit Card Billing Address:
Most foreign banks will decline CC payments which are attempted "online"
because they are not "in-person" payment requests.
Please enter the credit cardholder's billing address, using the 5-digit U.S. zip code.
For foreign credit cards or credit cards with a foreign billing address, students still wishing to attempt an online credit card payment should use their local (U.S.) address (please note that these payment attempts may still be rejected by your bank).
