http://www.usc.edu/admission/ . If you have paid a deposit to a graduate or professional program, please contact a representative of that program if you have questions about your deposit.
Billing statements were last prepared on October 31, 2009. To see items posted after that date,
please select the "Transactions" tab to display details on the last 30 transactions posted.

What can USCe.pay show me?
- current student account 'balance', minimum payment due, and the next payment due date* (see 'Overview' page), however please remember that all Fall/Spring tuition & fees are due by 5pm on the Friday before the first day of classes. For late registration tuition & fees are due by 5pm on the Friday of the week in which the additional charges were incurred...
- 30 most recent transactions (charges / credits) which have posted to the account, (see 'Transactions' page for more information)
- at least 4 years worth of monthly billing statements (see 'Statements' page for more...)
- guest users with access to my student account, including: names, passwords and email addresses, (see 'Users' page for more...)
* next 'payment due date' - If you drop or add classes after a term's payment deadline, all charges must be paid or deferred in full by 5 pm, PST, on Friday during the week in which the change took place. If any portion remains unpaid, late fees will be assessed according to the late fee schedule ($100.00 per week).

Billing Statements - Each month, billing statements are generated for all students who have outstanding balances or have activity. When the statements are ready, e·Bills (email notices) are sent to students and their designated guests. If you register early for Fall / Spring semesters, your tuition and fees will be charged to your student account approximately one month before the semester's tuition due date and will be included on the monthly billing statement for Fall/Spring charges. Summer tuition and fees will be charged to your student account as soon as you register for summer classes.
Guest Users - students are the only ones with access to set up and maintain guest user information, including the entry of guest email addresses, flagging guests to receive e-bill notices, and looking up or changing passwords, guest ID's, etc. To learn more about guest users, please go to: http://www.usc.edu/epay/guest.
