To activate a newly issued corporate card, call the phone number listed on the sticker on the face of the card.
Citibank Online Portal
Cardholders can conduct many transactions online through the Citibank portal. The portal allows cardholders to:
- View spending limits
- Access monthly statements and transaction details
- Update cardholder profile (i.e., phone numbers, address, email, etc.)
Transactions must be disputed over the phone with Citibank within 60 days of posting. Citibank will remove the disputed charge from your statement and repost if the transaction is deemed to be valid. Best practice is to notify the merchant when disputing a charge.
