To activate a newly issued corporate card, call the phone number listed on the sticker on the face of the card.
American Express Online Portal
Cardholders can conduct many transactions online through the American Express portal (https://www.netserviceaccess.com). The portal allows cardholders to:
- Dispute transactions1
- View spending limits and declined transactions
- Access monthly statements and transaction details
- Update cardholder profile (i.e., phone numbers, address, email, etc.)
1Transactions must be disputed with American Express within 60 days of posting. American Express will remove the disputed charge from your statement and repost if the transaction is deemed to be valid. Best practice is to notify the merchant when disputing a charge.
American Express Card Payment Center (Travel Plus Cardholders Only)
In the event personal expenses are incurred on the travel card (see Section 6.3 of the Travel Plus Card Policies and Procedures), the cardholder must remit payment directly to American Express in one of the following ways:
