Corporate Card Services manages USC's corporate card program to facilitate official university buying.

Corporate Card Services offers three different corporate card programs  and the following services:

• Procurement Card for purchase of goods and services under $5,000 (Apply Now)
• Controlled Value Card declining balance card for purchase of goods and services under $5,000 (Apply Now)
• Travel Plus Card for official university travel and events (Apply Now)
• Online training for cardholders (new and renewals)
• WEBBA Quick Expense (QE) report training (in partnership with Travel Management Services)

The new Citibank online application is currently under construction. Therefore, new P-Card and CV Card applications cannot be submitted at this time. Please visit this page again for updates on the status of the new online application process. Applications will continue to be accepted for new Travel Plus Cards.
