For reimbursements issued by Payment Services, employees and student employees should make changes to name, home address, business address, phone, email, etc., in eTrac, USC's employee online services site.

All address changes for student financial aid must be make in the Online Academic Student Information System (OASIS). Please contact financial aid for assistance.
